I heard about Randy Pausch at the start of this year and have been wanting to include his ‘last lecture‘ here. Like I have said earlier, I am preserving all my thoughts here, this is an important piece as it ‘celebrates life’!
Randy Pausch according to me was not living life like it was his last day, but like how life is to be lead… He chose to lead by example.
I have his ‘last lecture’ here from YouTube:
Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch [Oct. 23, 1960 – July 25, 2008] gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving presentation, “Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams,” Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals.
